So this proposed map shores up first-term Rep. Victoria Spartz (R, IN-5), but it spares Rep. Frank Mrvan (D, IN-1) in NW IN - although his district has trended R in recent years and could be competitive at some point this decade (maybe even next year if things go horrible for Ds)
